Shipping Insurance Terms & Conditions
By purchasing shipping insurance from RIPIT Grips, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Coverage
Our shipping insurance covers:
- Lost parcels (verified as lost by the courier).
- Damaged items due to shipping.
- Stolen packages (if proof of non-receipt is provided).
2. Exclusions
Shipping insurance does NOT cover:
- Packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier but reported missing (unless proof of theft is provided, such as video evidence recorded on a security camera.
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier issues.
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product usability.
3. Claim Eligibility & Timeframes
- Lost Packages: Claims must be submitted 10–20 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Damaged Items: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the package. Photos of damage and packaging are required.
- Stolen Packages: If marked "Delivered" but not received, a claim must be submitted within 5 days with proof (e.g., police report, video verification).
4. How to File a Claim
To file a claim, email hitbombs@ripitgrips.com with:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Photos (for damaged claims)
- Proof of theft (if applicable)
5. Resolution Process
Upon review, RIPIT Grips will:
- For lost packages: Resend the order
- For damaged items: Provide a replacement
- For stolen packages: Case-by-case resolution based on available evidence.
6. Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds will not be issued, only replacements.
- Replacements will be shipped using the same service as the original order.
7. Changes to Terms
RIPIT Grips reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take immediate effect.
